There’s a new food hub in Cagayan de Oro’s nightlife scene in an already vibrant strip in Corrales Avenue called “The Warehouse,” it features a wide array of restaurants and bars serving up delicious and affordable meals and more – in one place.

The Warehouse at Corrales Avenue offer night owls a new dining, and party venue, its rustic and minimalist central dining area works well with the original lumbers that you would see when you look up the ceiling – simple yet appealing. The place itself was formerly the family’s old warehouse for their hardware store back in the day and was rented out years after. You might remember LED KTV and Bar that’s where they are located now.
In terms of the price range, the Warehouse is very competitive and is at the middle-class range, and amazingly enough, restaurants found here are affordable. You can either dine at its common dining area and order from different restaurants or you can dine inside. Listen to live music as you dine. It’s a simple gesture but I do like their chairs because they have armrest, unlike in the food park.
There are twelve restaurants to choose from at the Warehouse. Such as Mediterranean cuisine courtesy of Marmar Basha owned by Soheil Dandan. Have your fill and try out their best seller “Wow Tenderloin” tendered beef cubes marinated in Spanish spices served with rice, fries, signature homemade hummus, salad, pita bread and ice tea. They also offer flavored Shisha served in Hookahs.
The Warehouse also offers an array of Filipino all-time favorites from food to drinks courtesy of Viking Neptune, Chill Out, Come & Go, Koralez “KRLZ” Lounge, Tap It! and this city’s well-known restaurant Steve’s Barbecue – and after a night of drinking and partying, one food comes to mind – “Goto” luckily the Warehouse offers it at GotohanJo.
European inspired dishes and products are also offered in Dublin Restobar an Irish inspired pub. It’s the only bar in Cagayan de Oro that sells imported liquor and beer from Ireland such as Guinness, Bulmer Irish Cider among others. Swiss Daniels on the other is a resto-bar from Switzerland that was named after the owner’s partner, Daniel a Swiss national. It was dedicated to him by Almark Tabian the resto’s proprietor. It pays homage to Swedish dishes with a touch of Filipino taste.

We love to sing, regardless of how terrible we are at it, we just don’t care as long as we have fun – the good thing is aside from food offerings the Warehouse also features an amazing KTV lounge called “The Cave” you won’t miss it, as it has a very large sign that’s very eye-catching from far away.

The Cave is an awesome place to celebrate parties as it has function rooms that can accommodate a lot of people, the price range is right in the middle but worth every penny. It’s classy & modern, clean, every room features a very large screen LG HD TV, Netflix, great sound system, delicious food, cozy ambiance, updated playlist, own restroom and so much more. KTV room prices range from P250 (5-7 person) to P600 (30-35 person) an hour.
The Warehouse also has a laundry shop with dry cleaning; you can do your laundry and have dinner while you wait. They open at 5 PM, but some tenants also serve launch.
