IF he can not put up a bail bond, a Bukidnon farmer could languish in jail following his arrest for robbery and carnapping last Sunday.
A Judge reccomended the suspect P400,000 for the two cases
Police Provincial Director Jun Mark Lagare, identified the suspect as Arnel Blando, 23, residing at Zone 4, Barangay Kibogtok, Kadingilan in Bukidnon.
According to a police report, elements assigned at Kadingilan Municipal Police Station, led by Police Major Dino Cuevas, raided Blando’s house at 4 pm and arrested him.
Police served the suspect the warrant of arrest issued by Judge Wilfredo Bebera, Jr. of the Regional Trial Court (RTC), Branch 46, Malaybalay City.
Blando is now under the custody of Kadingilan police.
