A 36-year-old El Salvador City resident was arrested yesterday for issuing a bouncing cheque.
Patrolman Alan James Cantano, Jr., of El Salvador Municipal Police Station, who prepared the police report, identified the arrested person as Liza Mae Bacarro, a resident of Zone 1, Barangay Quibonbon of the said city.
Personnel from El Salvador City Police Station, under the direct supervision of Police Lt. Patrick Dalangin, conducted an operation after receiving information on the suspect’s whereabouts.
Bacarro was arrested at Poblacion, Alubijid of the said province at about 2:40 pm. The police served her warrant of arrest issued by Judge Immaculada Galang, Presiding Judge of MTC, National Capital Judicial Region, Branch 18, Manila.
The suspect has been slapped with a bail bond amounting to P18,000 for her temporary liberty and she is now under the custody of El Salvador police
