WHO is that guy who is always tagged along by the RTA head in all his appointments outside his office?
Information reaching me says this man does not even participate in discussions about anything but merely takes photos of his boss. He is said to sit in meetings attended by his boss without contributing anything to the subject matter discussed. Unsa diay, celebrity nang iyang boss kay kinahanglan naay maniniyot kauban pirmi?
The RTA is one department that the mayor must closely look into. The traffic mess that the City is experiencing on a daily basis could be the result of incompetence and favoritism by the RTA head.
Somebody who brings objective insights in the circle of the mayor ought to bring to his attention the real picture what's really happening in the various departments of the city government. The mayor may have to look beyond the whisperer around him who normally sugar coat reports.
The mayor has a lot of consultants under his wing. An excess of them actually. Are his consultants delivering what are expected of them?
Back to the traffic office. I was informed there are six consultants helping the RTA find solutions to the nagging traffic mess. Are those consultants really helping the RTA come up with solutions? If they are, is the traffic office receptive of the recommendations? If not, of what use are those consultants?
I heard on radio that the mayor has been reshuffling department heads. He will have to look into the traffic office.
