WITH their steady wrists and elbows and eagle eyes at the ready and armed with darts, the Kisolon Fine Throwers (KFT) from Sumilao, Bukidnon will be participating in the P8-million Philippine Open International Darts Tournament.

The tournament is held at the Leyte Academic Center, Pawing, Palo, Leyte from April 12 to 16.

Accompanied by Sumilao, Bukidnon Vice Mayor & KFT President George Jeremy Baula, players Lorenzo Sambo, Jun Eric Daigon, Janier Enoc, and Reynaldo Acenas, Jr. compose the KFT team.

Formed on April 9, 2009, the KFT is a dart organization based in Kisolon, Sumilao, Bukidnon, and currently has 81 members. KFT is also the organizer of many dart tournaments, including the annual Kaamulan Festival National Dart Tournament.

The Philippine Open will have six events and is participated in by 394 players hailing from Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao, and abroad.

This event is spearheaded by An Waray Party List Representative and National Darts Federation of the Philippines (NDFP) President Bem Noel, with co-organizer Darts Organization of Tacloban.
