ILIGAN City ― Security matters are already in place and ready for the mayor’s State of Iligan City Address (SOICA),
Police major, Zandrex Panolong, this city's spokesperson of the Philippine National Police here said that around 150 police officers are utilized for stated purposes even as force multipliers too are in place, like the BPAT, or barangay police action teams, and others.
City mayor Frederick Siao’s SOICA, it was learned will be held at the Mindanao State University - Iligan Institute of Technology grounds in the afternoon of today, July 21, and public and private persons witnessing even as it will be heard on air too. He will talk about the city's Iligan Development Goals (IDG) and such matters as development for the city on peace and order, garbage collection, water delivery services, investment directions, and others.
It had been a long time since addresses like these were witnessed and heard by the people. It was then known as SOCA or State of the City Address.
