The RIG Enthusiasts' League of Iligan and Cagayan de Oro (RELIC) successfully concluded its annual computer and gadget expo dubbed “LINKED” in Limketkai Center last February 23.

Now on its 7th year, the three-day event that began in February 21 featured a variety of rigs (computers), gadgets, toy show, cosplay and PC and console tournaments among others. The said activity was participated by 13 different clubs and organization from various parts of Mindanao from Davao, Iligan, Bukidnon and Cagayan de Oro.
Ariel Lecson from this city was named grand winner in the Cosplay contest. Meanwhile during the LINKED Relic Tournament that featured NBA, Tekken, DOTA 2, Counter Strike: GO, and PUBG teams battle it out to bring home this year’s amazing prizes and bragging rights.

Winning team for DOTA 2 are Mark Amparo, Kevin Cababasada, Neil Anthony Camposo, Hans Kristian Harwart, and Billjan Tagapulot; Counter Strike: GO Francis Albulario, Mark Amparo, Stephen Louie Julius Alcordo, Kicker Embrogo, and Palvinder Singh; NBA Arvin Noble; Tekken Vincent Julius Alcordo; and in PUBG Francis Albulario.
In this year’s LINKED 2020 also added two new games Bayblade and Topdeck the number of Rig expo participants this year was up to 42, with 13 new participating members who won minor awards in the basic
For next year’s installment Hans Kristian Harwart disclosed that it would be the biggest one yet. He said they have already began talks in collaborating with other Rig enthusiasts in Visayas and plans on tapping appropriate government agencies to create next year’s expo.

Harwart also expressed his gratitude to all the participating clubs and organization, participants and committee member who spent their time and energy in completing all the task to make the event a success.
