By BEN SERRANO Correspondent BUTUAN City--Police arrested six women wanted for human trafficking in Purok 2-C Barangay Uno, San Francisco, Agusan del Sur, on Wednesday. San Francisco police head Chief Insp. Sandro Santillan identified the suspects as Mary Ann Joy Taha Mula, Elizabeth Lopez Brital, Nenita Cabuhayan Deaho, Lorelie Bebing Abuelo, Annafe Engcog Ragas, Mary Ann Bunilla a.k.a. Jenalyn Galdiano Bunilla all from Purok 2, San Francisco, Agusan del Sur. Police said the suspects were ordered arrested by by regional Judge Kimal Salacop. The suspects were charged with qualified trafficking of persons after some 85 people, mostly minors, were rescued from entertainment pubs in this town last year. After the women were rescued from entertainment pubs the establishments were immediately ordered closed down by the local government of San Francisco, Agusan del Sur.
