POLICE operatives assigned at Villanueva police station in Misamis Oriental arrested the number 4 most wanted person at municipal level at 8:30 am yesterday.
Provincial Director Raniel Valones identified the suspect as Recarte Ubal-ubal, 43, a resident of Barangay Lilingayon, Valencia City, Bukidnon.
The operation was conducted by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued By Judge Evelyn Nery of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 19, Cagayan de Oro for child abuse.
Gamotin slapped the suspect with a bail bond that amounted to P200,000 for the latter's temporary freedom.
It was a joint operation between personnel of Villanueva Municipal Police Station led by Police Major Dennis Cerilla, Officer-in-Charge, together with the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group in Bukidnon under the leadership of Police Major Gilbern Banderado, Provincial Officer, CIDG Bukidnon, and Valencia City Police Office led Police Lt. Col. Jhonrey Jay Barazan.
