A proud Mindanaoan hailing from Davao, Jenson Land and Realty Development Corporation recently held a ribbon-cutting and groundbreaking ceremony of its first Cagayan de Oro realty project, Justine Heights at Barangay Lumbia on Saturday, February 15.

City Mayor Oscar Moreno lead the ribbon-cutting and groundbreaking together with the Jenson executives and engineers headed by its Managing Director, Nelson V. Chua, DBA, and President and CFO, Jennifer M. Chua, CPA, Barangay Lumbia Councilors lead by Brgy. Councilor Yul V. Torralba and Violeta Tejoy and witnessed by Justine Heights realty brokers and various bank representatives.
Jenson Land is the same realty firm that brought Twin Palms Residences in Datu Laho, Davao City, a 3.43-hectare estate with 146 homes, and Villa Señorita in Brgy. Langub Davao City, a 9.81-hectare estate with over 500 hundred affordable homes featuring an overlooking view of the said city.
Now, the company embarks on a new journey and sets its eyes on the City of Golden Friendship with its groundbreaking of Justine Heights. Justine Heights Site Engineer, Engr. Alfred C. Dumaquita, welcomed and thanked guests in his opening remarks at the groundbreaking ceremony. He added that “Justine Heights will embody and reaffirm the ideals of Jenson Land, where quality and design are of utmost importance and consideration so that families can live happily, comfortably, and safely.” Thus, he assured that his team “will work hard to deliver the company’s promise of a well-designed, high-quality home for every Filipino family.”

Meanwhile, Jenson Land’s Managing Director, Nelson V. Chua, DBA, expressed his gratitude to the city and the local government headed by Cagayan de Oro City Mayor, Oscar Moreno, together with the Lumbia Barangay Councilors for the warm reception and support for the company’s first project in the city. He hoped “to have a long and fruitful collaboration with the city and everyone who played a key role alongside Jenson Land in this important endeavor to provide homes for the people of Cagayan de Oro City, homes they will be happy and proud to own.”

The said event was divided into three parts. First was the ribbon-cutting, followed by the groundbreaking and capsule laying and a ceremonial wine toasting marking the start of Justine Heights’ development in Brngy. Lumbia, Cagayan de Oro City. The said project is expected to be completed in less than five years.
