IN a recent gathering called the Northern Mindanao Regional Development Plan 2023-2028 (NMRDP) Roadshow, lawyer Arbie "Bagani" Saway Llesis, the Provincial Indigenous Peoples Mandatory Representative (IPMR) of Bukidnon, united the Indigenous Peoples (IP) community by sharing his vision for their future.
