A DOG of war will always be a dog of war. But this dog of war is unique. He can call his subjects sourgrapes to pseudo environmentalists, and now self-proclaimed pundits.
But where was he when all these things were happening? He was never around. Yet he can narrate things as if he were present. And why not? A war dog when fed with lies, no matter how his digesting process works, the feces would still be lies.
I am not going to dwell on his narrations. Ralph Abragan can defend himself; he is prepared to defend himself. All this dog of war has to do is ask his masters to conduct an inquiry.
I already dared Glenn Bañez to dig into it, challenged the city council to conduct an investigation, and now call on the mayor to initiate one. Better still, I am calling on DENR regional director Ruth Tawantawan to investigate so Ralph can defend and vindicate himself. I am also willing to share my knowledge from Day1 to the day I quit Sulog, and why I quit Sulog.
Director Tawantawan, how about it? You made a promise to someone. Call it ASAP.
As for the CDA building, this dog of war need not explain. We all know who financed the building, unless of course, his boss was just joking or was telling us lies.
And talking about spreading lies, who would be more believable, an attack dog and one who was never around but is just being fed with lies or the other who was there and physically involved?

Councilor Ian Mark Nacaya authored the Cagayan de Oro Traffic Code that was never implemented by his master before because the latter felt that would be the poor that would be affected most. Now that he has a new master, maybe he could convince the latter to implement the same in view of our worsening traffic condition.
Engaging a former ally in trivial matters won’t be good for him. In fact, it’s been a minus factor for him, gauging from the reactions we hear on radio.
You worked on it and it took you more than two years to finish it. This is your chance to shine. Otherwise, you might as well just scrap it totally.
And by the way, what was that food court for inside Cogon market? Don’t we already have enough eateries inside? When was this project hatched? Was there a feasibility study on it? If there’s a budget already, was there a bidding process on the project? Who bid? Who won? Where is the design? Who are the proponents? Why are you at the forefront of this project?
Nacaya is now with the majority. I hope to see him show his mettle. After all, he is still young and yes, able!
