Felix is new police chief for Caraga

By Ben Serrano BUTUAN City--Chief Supt. Rolando Felix yesterday assumed as the new regional director of the National Police in Caraga. Felix, who once served in the Special Action Force (SAF), replaced Chief Supt. Vert Chavez during turnover rites graced by Police Deputy Director General Danilo Constantino at Camp Rafael Rodriguez in Barangay Libertad, this city. Chavez would serve in Camp Crame as its deputy director for police operations. (ben serrano)
