Misamis Oriental Governor Yevgeny Vincente Emano called upon all the elected and appointed officials to help his administration in order to provide better public service to their constituents in the province.
This, after the oath taking ceremony of the local elected officials at the Capitol grounds yesterday.
Emano said he could not do the job alone and needs their full cooperation in order to serve the people of Misamis Oriental.
According to Emano, during his first term as the governor the Capitol has been catering to 288 individuals on a daily basis and is expecting the same or more in his second term.
“Unsa-on man nako pagserbisyo niining 288 ka mga tawo kada adlaw kon ako lang usa, dili ko gayud kana mahimo mao nga naghangyo ako, nga magtinabangay kita,” Emano said.
Emano also disclosed that he will continue to implement his eight point agenda in the province.
His agenda aims in improving the following: Environmental Protection, Tourism, Infrastructure, Agriculture, Health, Education, Cooperatives, and Peace and Order.
