ILIGAN City-- Former Lubas sa Dagang Bisaya (Ludabi) local chapter president Francisco “Frank” Dosdos Jr. died of cardiac arrest yesterday morning. He was 75.
Dr. Dora Balbontin pronounced Dosdos dead on arrival at the Dr. Uy Hospital.
Aside from serving as chapter president of the Ludabi in Iligan City and Lanao del Norte, Dosdos had also served as a director of the Lanao Press Club.
Dosdos had served as a correspondent of the Mindanao Gold Star Daily for five years.
Dosdos, fondly called “Tatay Frank” by his fellow media workers here, had been a teacher, police officer, and a training officer at the National Steel Corp.. He became a media practitioner in 1999 with radio and newspaper as his mediums. (Nora Soriño and Sita Asequia)
