As a new couple, spouses See Huay Gee and SiuHua Tee, out of their meager savings started a business of passenger Tricycles in Ozamiz City way back in 1974. The demand for such mode of transportation in the City proper has grown every year that, not long thereafter, their tricycles which started only at three (3) units have reached fifty (50) units. After having accumulated more funds from the said venture they went into the motor cab transport business in 1976.

The couple shifted to buy and sell of palay in 1980, and on the following year, they were able to acquire Single Pass Masatuyo Rice Mill. As they were already engaged in milling, they, likewise, went into backyard piggery. In all those years said spouses run their business by themselves, as their children were still in school. Despite the odds, their different endeavors have been fruitful.

By the year 2000, both of their sons, Bryan and Brant finished their studies. It was only at this time when their sons took active participation in the business. Bryan started their Candle Factory, candle making being his Practicum during his college days at the University of San Carlos, Cebu City. He has developed quality candles that it has become one of its major products in its distribution business.

With fresh blood injected into the system, their milling and allied business went into a faster pace and expanded into the distribution of various Agricultural, Veterinary, and Consumer Products. The original area of business coverage being only Ozamiz City and its nearby environs has now expanded to cover the entire Northwestern Mindanao, with branches in Cagayan de Oro, Davao, Zamboanga City, and Jolo Sulu.

The brains, See Huay Gee and SioHua Tee, though not so active in the day to day affairs of the business, continue to extend their guiding hands and wisdom, as their four (4) sons, Bryan, Brant, Britte, and Bronson are in the frontlines, making their family ventures continuously grow. The eldest child, Jasmin, has her own business.

Bryant Milling and Marketing, as it is now known, is a product of painstaking struggle to live and secure the family’s future. Indeed, the challenges are great and enormous, but conscious of its commitment to serve the community and people honestly, fairly, and grounded upon that undying faith in the Maker, Bryant hopes to continue its purpose and commitment.
