By BEN SERRANO Correspondent BUTUAN City--Still unidenti-fied gunmen on a motorcycle shot and killed a barangay chairman in RTR, Agusan del Norte yesterday morning. Senior Insp. Michael Corvera identified the victim as Jessy Cris Dultra Borja, 42, of Barangay Basilisa, RTR town in Agusan del Norte. Corvera said the victim was cleaning his warehouse in Barangay Basilisa at around 5:42 am when two men  came and without provocation, shot him five times at close range. Witnesses told investigators that the gunmen wore masks and spoke in Tagalog. Police said they were trying to identify the killers and establish the motive for the shooting. Borja’s death brought to 43 the number of people murdered by so-called “riding in tandem” killers in Caraga.
