Misamis Oriental would be placed under general community quarantine effective tonight at 8 pm of March 24, 2020, until 11:59 pm on April 14, 2020. This in accordance with Executive Order 2020-008 issued by Misamis Oriental Governor Yevgeny Vincente Emano earlier this afternoon.
The said order came out after Emano along with the Department of Health-10, City and Municipal mayors, Health Officers, City and Municipal Chiefs of Police and other frontline offices during a command conference today (March 24).
Checkpoints will be tighter in the boundaries of Lugait and Magsaysay; Eureka-Balason, Gingoog City; Padiding, Claveria; Bagocboc, Opol; and in Malitbog, Bukidnon. (Shiela Mae Butlig)
