AWARDS. The Philippine National Police provincial office of Bukidnon under the able command of PNP provincial director, Col. Roel Lexaley Lami-ing awarded certificates of appreciation to ML qualified police offices of the entire province during the proficiency performance on reporting program held at Loiza’s Pavillion, Casisang, Malaybalay City, recently. Among the recipient of awards are police captain Christian de Leon Serdenas, chief of police of Libona, Bukidnon and Efren B. Celocia, Gold Star Daily reporter and at the same time member of the police Municipal Advisory Council of Libona Bukidnon. And as shown in picture during the awarding rites, top brass of PNPHQS and provincial Police Advisory Council looks on, they are Col. Orland Destura, Lt. Col.
