Iligan City — The hearing on the petition for bail on the cases against mayor Celso Regencia has been scheduled on Jan. 12, the mayor’s lead counsel, Leo Zaragoza said in a statement.
Zaragoza added they will be contesting the “illegal arrest” of Tumala saying the arrest can only be legal, if the person being arrested is about to commit a crime and not one month after.
