The Misamis Oriental Care System (Misorcares) conducted medical mission and relief operations on Aug. 25 which served at least 336 families at the evacuation center in Initao town in Misamis Oriental. Maryden T. Ocot, Misorcares provincial coordinator, said each of the beneficiaries received a relief package composing rice, canned goods, laundry and bath soaps, noodle packs, and toothpastes. “This is our simple way of showing that we are concern about their situation at the evacuation center to at least help ease their discomfort,” Ocot said.
