RAZED. A house stands in ruins after a fire tore through Zone 2A Dorante Compound, Vamenta Boulevard, Carmen, late Wednesday night at 10:43 pm. The blaze affected five houses, displacing 38 individuals, including boarders, and causing an estimated P1.8 million in damages.
