ANOTHER 10-hour blackout would affect some areas of the city tomorrow, the Cagayan Electric and Lights Co. (Cepalco) has announced. Cepalco said the power interruption has been schedule to allow the firm to work on the stringing of 69-kv and 13.8-kv conductor lines along Mandumol road. The time of interruption will be from 7 am to 5 pm in greater portions of Macasandig. Meanwhile, parts of Tibasak, Tambo, and COWD Booster Pump and Production Wells nos. 4, 7 and 9 will experience a one-hour and 30-minute blackout from 7 am to 8:30 am, and again at 4:30 pm to 6 pm.
