The Gingoog City Jail JSI Obrigue-Warden's Cup kicked off on April 22. It is a basketball competition among jail inmates. Doing the ceremonial toss is JI Macarayan. Sports development is part of the rehabilitation program of inmates in preparation for their reintegration to the mainstream of society as law abiding and productive citizens.
