Capitol has broken ground on the P238-million Cabalantian-Limonda Provincial Road Concreting Project which covers 14.48km. Limonda is the farthest barangay of Opol town which borders Manticao. Under the Conditional Matching Grant to Provinces (CMGP), a partnership program between the Department of the Interior and Local Government and Department of Budget and Management, Misamis Oriental Governor Yevgeny Vincente B. Emano said it will help the transportation problems of residents and farmers in far-flung barangays. (pio misor)
