DILG Sec. Mar Roxas together with Valencia City Vice Mayor Rolando Lavina, PCL President- Buk. Chapter & Valencia City Councilor Oliver Owen Garcia, City Administrator Abe Guillaco and Poblacion Barangay Chair Almer Alfonso, Jr. visited the flood victims at the Valencia City Gymnasium.
