A 30-year-old laborer in Bukidnon was arrested over the weekend for facing a frustrated murder complaint.
Police Provincial Director Officer-in-charge Restituto Lacano, identified the suspect as Manolito Mejias, single, and a resident of Purok 2, Barangay Sampagar, Damulog of the said province.
He was arrested by Damulog police operatives at Purok 4, Barangay Poblacion of the same town at 4:30 pm.
The suspect, who is the second most wanted person at the municipal level, was nabbed by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued last May 28, 2013.
The court had allowed the former to post a bail bond of P200,000 for his temporary liberty.
The suspect is now under the custody of Damulog police.
