WITH playing coach Joan Polinar doing ala Tim Cone in basketball and Alyssa Valdez combined, the fairly selected and brilliantly rotated Black Panthers Cluster 2 athletes also won all the marbles in men's and women's volleyball after taking the hoops crown earlier in the recently concluded 2023 Civil Service Commission Sportsfest at the Capitol ground in Cagayan de Oro City.
