YESTERDAY, city residents, led by Cagayan de Oro Archbishop Emeritus Antonio Ledesma, held a Mass for the 9th day of prayers for the passing of former Philippine President Benigno Simeon Aquino III at the St. Augustine Metropolitan Cathedral.
