By NITZ ARANCON Correspondent THE Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) in Region 10 scored another big arrest, this time, in Gingoog city on Thursday. PDEA tegional director Wilkins Villanueva said narcotics agents arrested drug suspect Christian Pallugna, 35, of Jarol St., Barangay 17, Gingoog city. Villanueva said the suspect was arrested at around 5pm at his residence. Agents confiscated 14 transparent plastic sachets with white crystalline substance, suspected to be shabu, which weighed about 50 grams. Villanueva said this has a street value of about P100 thousand. Agents also recovered two caliber .45 pistols, ammunition, a cellphone, and several drug paraphernalia.
