THERE is light at the end of the tunnel after all if what we heard from DENR regional director Edwin Andot will come to pass. But at the moment, I am not at liberty to talk about the proposed actions and courses of actions. Suffice it to say, some people will be vindicated for their acts in the past.
He also revealed the programs of Environment Secretary Regina Lopez that hopefully might encourage people not just to grow vegetables but also trees. If this is achieved, it would partially solve the problems of migration by rural folks to the urban area where life is full of uncertainties like landing a decent job. Indeed, it would be a great loss for the Filipino people if Madame Lopez’s appointment will not be confirmed by the Commission on Appointment.
We were awed by the cooperation of one office to provide us vital information regarding certain issues we’re in on. We believe some people inside are just too happy to cooperate to show affirmation of their trust in our PRRD.
The datu in our group was certainly ecstatic of the prospects of getting their problems addressed in the real sense. Even EMB Director Abdullah Abubacar was very cooperative and accommodating.
We look forward to more interactions with DENR people.

Antonio P. Contreras is a Contreras like me but we are not related by blood. He is a genuine Contreras while mine is adopted. This Sabio is from Bukidnon and may not be related to the Sabios in our province. But he studied here and has many friends and acquaintances, too.
It’s not surprising if some anti-Duterte would hail him for filing a complaint at the ICC. But there was a time when he asked something from our President through another. He didn’t get it. The rest is history.
Although we know a lot about him, we’re not going to stoop to his level by talking about him. After all, if he has the money to travel and do what he just did, credit it to his ability to find a financier.
“Duterte a killer!” Perhaps. But I am surprised that Sabio is still alive to do it. Good luck, attorney. I hope you can produce 7,000 photos of the alleged victims of EJKs as you alleged in your complaint.

Talking of EJK, former congressman and mayor Constantino Tinnex Jaraula has this to say: “Digong was wrong about the drug problem. He didn’t realize its magnitude until he came face to face with it as president. But he is a wise president. In his initial move, he made them kill each other. Hence, what we initially saw (perhaps until today) was the cleansing process which the enemies of Digong readily branded as EJK.
“During the counting of the ballots, I believe there was an initial attempt to cheat Duterte. But when the votes was (sic) seen swelling beyond their expectation, they deemed it impossible to go on without being noticed. I agree that Duterte would have gotten around 21 million votes. Thus, they shifted their guns on Marcos. In a matter of hours, Marcos was cheated of around a million votes.”
