Complete details: A Youtube video uploaded by user Pilipinas Malakas contains clips from TV network SMNI purporting that President Duterte will be made the anti-drug czar by the incoming administration. Part of the content of the video shows incoming President Marcos saying that he is open to the possibility of appointing President Duterte as such.
Why we fact check this: The video makes it appear that the appointment is a done deal. Checking the date of posting, and comparing said date on the news articles that already said President Duterte declined the position, this video should have been taken down by the uploader as soon as the proof or facts come out not supporting it.
