The video claims that the Duterte Build Build Build program which includes infrastructure, industrial, agricultural, mining and reclamation projects is part of the economic development projects that have long ago been presented by former President Ferdinand Marcos, Sr. backed up by the Marcos wealth which comes from the interest of his invested assets in other countries. The video further claims that former Presidents Corazon Aquino, Fidel Ramos, and Benigno Aquino III refused to sign the agreements forged under Marcos Sr to continue the projects, hence why they were only continued now under the Duterte administration.
