Why we fact-check this: On February 16, 2021, the Supreme Court sitting as the Presidential Electoral Tribunal unanimously dismissed the electoral protest filed by former Senator Ferdinand Marcos, Jr against Vice President Leni Robredo, twice. Yet supporters of Marcos still insist that there was massive cheating and that he should be declared the winner of that election.
