TAGOLOAN, Misamis Oriental — Demonstrating an unwavering commitment to grassroots community service and collective action, the Tagoloan Eagles Club and the Tagoloan Lady Eagles Club combined forces to spearhead the "Brigada Eskwela ng AGILA 2026."
The unified civic operation was successfully mounted at the Losina Child Development Center (CDC) in Zone 6, Barangay Sta. Cruz, delivering vital infrastructure reinforcements and educational provisions directly to the frontline of early childhood learning.
Driven by the traditional Filipino spirit of bayanihan (communal unity and cooperation), the joint clubs turned over large volumes of primary school learning supplies specifically curated for the enrolled pupils, alongside robust construction materials engineered for essential classroom repairs.

The intervention directly targets the immediate structural upkeep of the daycare facilities, securing a safer, more motivating, and weather-resilient learning environment ahead of the incoming instructional term.
"This turn-over of critical school supplies and structural construction assets to the Losina Day Care Center is highly beneficial," said Eagle Archie Cabingas Ello, NMR XII Bagwis Dos Governor.
"It directly guarantees a conducive space for the children, while providing immense financial relief to the poor parents who shoulder these developmental burdens daily," he added.
The project was led by Tagoloan Eagles Club President Martin Adame Emano and Tagoloan Lady Eagles Club President Marites Vacalares. They worked closely together to plan and carry out the community service activity.
Their joint leadership emphasized a collaborative approach to local societal welfare, mobilizing resources to support the municipality's public educational networks.
The project was strongly supported by key Eagle officials of the club, including National Assemblyman King John Emano and NMR XII Bagwis Dos Governor Eagle Archie Cabingas Ello.
Barangay Chairman Eagle JB Nabong Casino made sure the Losina child care facility received the exact materials needed for its repairs, proving how well local officials and volunteers can work together effectively.

By supplying necessary classroom construction items—including cement sacks and specialized repair components—the "Brigada Eskwela ng AGILA" completely bypasses conventional bureaucratic hurdles to repair degraded schoolroom facilities.
The structural intervention protects young learners from safety hazards while relieving impoverished parents from mandatory out-of-pocket facility contributions.
Simultaneously, the distribution of learning packages ensures that every child at Losina CDC enters the classroom equipped with basic educational tools, standardizing student resources regardless of family income.
This targeted strategy mitigates early childhood dropout risks and allows parents to reallocate limited financial resources toward basic nutritional and household needs.
The Tagoloan Eagles and Lady Eagles Clubs plan to execute more of this critical work across the region, according to Ello.
