A factory worker was arrested by authorities in connection with a rape case at 9:20, yesterday.
Police Major Harvey Sanchez Officer-in-Charge, Manolo Fortich Police Station in Bukidnon, identified the suspect as Jimboy Laspoña, 19, single, and a resident of Barangay Lunocan of the said town.
The suspect, who was tagged by the police as the number 3 most wanted person in the said municipality, was nabbed by the Manolo operatives by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by a court.
No bail bond was recommended for the suspect's supposed temporary liberty.
The suspect is now under the custody of Manolo Fortich police for proper disposition.
