Computer gamer shot dead

ILIGAN City — A laborer was shot dead while playing a computer game at Purok 3, Barangay Saray, this city, at 3:30 am, Monday. Police identified the victim as Mark Ipan alias Poko, 37, resident of Santo Rosario, this city. Ipan sustained three gunshot wounds –– one to his head and two to his chest. Ipan was playing a computer game in a shop when three unidentified gunmen wearing jackets and masks suddenly approached and fired at him. Eyewitness said the gunmen immediately left the scene toward an unknown direction. Scene of the Crime Operatives (Soco) led by PSI Dieryl D. Reuyan, recovered six fired cartridges of a caliber .45 pistol. They also recovered from the body of the victim two small sachets containing suspected shabu. Ipan’s body was brought to Cosmopolitan Funeral Homes(Frank E. Dosdos, Jr.)
