Chess talents thrive in Manticao

POBLACION Manticao, under the leadership of newly-elected Barangay chairman Felix ‘Bokits’ Faelnar, is seriously contemplating to put up a permanent venue for the development of its young chess talents.

Already, Manticao has produced a local chess gem in Me Ann Joy Baclayon, a former elementary Palarong Pambansa gold medalist and currently senior varsity player of Far Eastern University.
