THE Cagayan Electric Power and Light Co. (Cepalco) announced that it has scheduled another 12 hours of blackout in some parts of Misamis Oriental to facilitate pole erections in Villanueva town tomorrow. Blackouts are scheduled from 6 am to 6 pm, affecting many areas in Jasaan and Villanueva. Cepalco also announced a one-hour blackout from 6 am to 7 am and again at 5 pm to 6 pm in Tagoloan, Bugo, Tablon, Gusa, Indahag and all the way to Agora, this city. Cepalco however assured the public that power would be restored immediately if the line and switching works are completed earlier than scheduled. (kristian dave achondo)
