CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY — At least 70 fire-affected families in Barangay Camaman-an received food packs, rice, and clothing during a community outreach led by the Fraternal Order of Eagles – Northern Mindanao Region 12 (NMR 12, Bagwis Dos) on May 1.
Organizers said the activity aimed to provide immediate relief while helping families begin recovery after the recent fire incident.
Each beneficiary received essential goods, including rice and basic food items, along with clothing donations gathered by member clubs across the region.

For NMR 12, this means:
For fire victims, immediate food and clothing support can help bridge the first days after displacement.
Nearby communities should watch for follow-up distributions or registration lists from local leaders.
Donors and volunteers can support coordinated drives to ensure aid reaches verified beneficiaries quickly.

NMR 12 Regional Governor Kuya Archie C. Ello urged members to sustain the momentum.

“Let’s continue supporting one another and cooperate in every region’s activities. That is how we keep our brotherhood strong and responsive,” Ello said.
Ello also thanked all participating clubs for their contributions to the outreach, namely the Tagoloan Eagles Club, Tagoloan Lady Eagles Club, Royal Knights Eagles Club, Royal Knights Lady Eagles Club, Golden CDO Horizon Eagles Club, Golden CDO Horizon Lady Eagles Club, Aghasa A Eagles Club, CDO Royal Knights Eagles Club, and Villa Anchor Eagles Club.

Ello also said this effort matters to every Eagles member, as many families are still recovering from fire-related losses, and coordinated community efforts can reduce immediate hardship, prevent hunger, and support early rebuilding.
Local organizers said more activities may follow as needs are assessed in affected areas.
